IF this offer comes thru, (which I do not believe) then FWR shareholders will have an interesting decision.

Gloriux,

I would appreciate your thoughts on why you believe the deal will not succeed. These types of events do bring more uncertainty into the equation. I don't like it but it's part of the business.
