Good evening Milsy1,

Thanks for the great review. Like you said, it reminds us why we are here.

One thing I noticed in your review. Noront started the process for the 43-101 on Chromite as follows:

- 29-Jun

Micon Int. contracted to complete NI 43-101 on BB 1 & 2 deposits

So, we are at about four and a half months and counting. Does this make sense in view of the following from FWR's NR yesterday?

- "In addition, further to its press release of November 5, 2009, Freewest wishes to clarify that work on an independent mineral resource estimate on the Black Thor occurrence, to be prepared in compliance with National Instrument 43-101, has not yet commenced. Freewest expects that the mineral resource estimate will be completed by the end of 2009."

Apparently, FWR has more Chromite tonnage than NOT, yet they expect to have a 43-101 done in about one and a half months.

I wonder why the big difference in the length of time to produce the 43-101.

C.
