Very interesting indeed, they could have , should have, but Nothing was reported, & if so I would come to a conclusion, the talks came up a little short..... Why No public announcement....finally forced... maybe.... anything is possible going forward, hey if I had Wings i could fly... as for BOD board ( proven) in the past ( which BOD)...
