Hey Stock,

It seems to me that both Wes and Mac could be telling the truth ... and without the benefit of corporate espionage. At the time Wes released the statement there were in fact no other deals on the table. Since then Mac has released information stating that he has engaged in talks with a third party. No surprise... no mystery... just business tactics and posturing.
