Do not get hung up on this disclosure, it does not mean anything profound. If anything it is meant to give the impression of such. If it was anything profound they would at least name the party involved, i.e. if you were a large FWR holder and sitting on the fence regarding tendering would you not want to know who it was? It would be to FWR's benefit to disclose the name.

Disclosures are signed all the time and often they have a time limit. No one wants to be on the hook forever. Dec.1 means nothing.

Because it is only to the end of the month, I conclude that it is a fund that is considering investing in one or both, OR one of those attending the luncheon on friday.

If I had deep $ pockets I would also want the benefit of a privileged disclosure.
