Actually it started in back rooms as often they do, but FWR management did not like the terms. It has to be more than one institution ( excepting a larger miner ) and Noront must have had confidence of obtaining 50% of the shares tendered to initiate the offer.

However this meeting on friday reads to me as still lacking the 2/3 desired, so it is a plea for others to get on board.

Just a comment from one of the pawns.
