It is possible that Not really believes that the combined NOT/FWR offers a stronger company. FWR holders would benefit from NOT holdings. And, the combined company could be a force to be reckoned with. Strong NI. Strong CHROME.

The long term gain might outweigh the short term.

I don't think much, can't figure out much, but I think this is not a short term flip in favour of FWR. Other half agrees. Makes for a little peace around here.....:).
