I do not see anything new other than to announce that the pitch will be made to a select group of Freewest shareholders.
So I ask the question - Why a selected group?

These may be some that Noront has in their pocket and Noront is insuring that they remain so OR they are seeking more institutional and individual investors with large holds to join the game.

In essence they are not seeking my help - I am too small for this game, it's for the big boys to play. Play Ball!
