If the deal fails to get 66%, NOT is not obligated to buy your shares and will return them.

If the deal fails, then NOT shares will fall and FWR shares will climb = what you want.

I read the resource estimate of FWR that shows that FWR has 3 times the Chromite of NOT and a large platinum/palladium resource.

neither has a 43-101, so the estimates can be validly compared.

It seems to me at this time that FWR is more valuable than FWR (although NOT has more land and might find some other stuff?).
