They will always cooperate on things which will benefit all, and transportation is a big factor amongst many others.

A prime example of the above is the airstrip. NOT and FWR have been visually scrapping for most of the summer, Yet have each contributed a bulldozer towards the common good of an airstrip. This airstrip is necessary for NOT going forward, necessary for FWR, and will be necessary for the eventual amalgamated entity that controls the area.
