I totally agree with your post , it doesn't seem correct that NOT would have their own feasability study when their are others being started, but I think whether they are or not, they want to be the leaders in this area ROF. This is their show, as they see it, and want to show whomever might be interested that they have their ducks all in a row.

I still think the SNC collaboration is great for NOT and the whole ROF. THe treasures will be revealed and this whole area will show the shine that lies waiting, lurking, beneath the surface.
