No problem, you have a perfect right to your opinion. I do think that my points stand. If FWR felt that they were in the driver's seat they could simply tell their holders to do nothing and go about business, but instead they are securing every avenue they can to hedge against this takeover. My view is that they are being responsible and leaving no stone unturned, because to worry about the unforeseen or unexpected is the job of good management under these circumstances. Simply witnessing the posts from holders on various sites should give one the notion that you can't trust your shareholders to do the right thing either, or human beings anywhere for that matter.
