The other issue here Bushmills is that FWR is drilling very hard trying to find more nickel on their property. Presently, they have thrown economic consideration out the window and just want to prove up as much as they can in this very short time frame to increase value to negotiate a better deal with Noront.
With both drills going hard 24/7, this is eating into their $4M treasury at a good pace. Now that $4M figure was from 4 months ago. I do not know what their burn rate was before this take over started but I would bet the burn rate now is much higher.
They also have had to spend some money on advice and other expenditures against this take-over so I will be very curious to see what is left i the treasury when NOT takes it over.
If they are successful in fighting this take over, they will need a pp at some point in the near future and further dilution will happen. Interesting times for FWR holders for sure, stakes are high-but as I said, I no longer hold FWR but many friends do (and not so friendly I guess;-) but I think everyone should consider the consequences of this bid failling.
