Your Pedestrian observations are just fine for the Run of the Mill Small Time broadly looking Retail type Investor.

NOT a problem here with understanding how you came to your personal view/take on matters NOT. Just that they, your views/take are Relatively personal in scale.

Hope you do not object to my take on your view but it is purely a limited rationalization of the surface events associated with the ARU matter and does not at all consider the REAL Activity and Considerations which were driving the ARU Matter.

However, be assured that there is/are very much many unspoken (on these Forums at least) ACTION and Discussion occuring with respect to both the RoF in general, and more specifically with respect to Noront Resources and it's interests and objectives with respect to the RoF.

And Presently we, the Retail Share Holders of either or both of NOT and FWR are merely being given the most Immediate and most Superficial signs of the REAL and INTENDED eventual Out Come of WHO GETS What and Gets to Do Whatever with respect to this RoF.

Consequently, for those of us that TRY to follow the Activity, both Exploration Wise and Corporate Wise, it is important to DIG as DEEPLY and BROADLY as possible in Gathering Info from which we HOPE to assist us in making the best possible PERSONAL Decisions Possible when actually making such Decisions.

I for one Never did buy back into ARU following a Discussion with one of Noront's BoD while being at ARU. My conclusion back then was JUST as it is NOW.

These guys are but Fronts for a Small group of Monied Mineral Exploration Industry Venture Capital Operators and Opportunists. They do not know the full back ground of what they are being silently being advised and need not know. They are working to be Good Followers and Side Kicks to the Implementation of an Agenda/Strategy (what ever) being supplied to Noront Resources under the current BoD and Management. They do not know the History nor do they care what the History of Noront actually is.

And this History may just be one reason, if not the central reason, they are so likely to FAIL in their Big Bully Know All, Stiffle All others, lack of Real Info Sharing. They know but enough to be VERY Dangerous to All the Share Holders of Noront Resources and any other Exploration Company they, and Noront Resources, turns their Corporate attention toward.

Thus, I feel thay pose a real threat to All the Share Holders of Freewest Resources, in addition to All those of Noront Resources.

And you know what!

Should they FAIL in this Bid to GET FWR, though hoping likely to see 10 - 25% of FWR Shares Tendered, they wil proclaim Victory. But only if they manage to also accomplish the REAL Minimum Offer Condition. Failing to accomplish the Real Minimum Offer Condition will cause some very painful reality to both FWR Share Holders who Tender to the Offer, AND All NOT Share Holders.

Less NOT can 'Walk Away' and in time!

No Pain for the NOT Management and BoD!

Thus, Pedestrian Investors be well aware.

All Real Investors be very concerned.
