Seems that Cliffs wants the chrome. That is what they have invested in so far. What move will they make and when and how. Keep your eye on the share price ratio of NOT/FWR. If I were Cliffs, I would be watching that very carefully.

In any event, NOT has either tried to force their hand or has their hand. It will be interesting, and could be a few unexpected surprises.

I have tried to convince my other half to sell FWR on an uptick as the downside if Cliffs does not make a move, and if NOT does not get the share vote could be ugly. He feels a deal will be made now for FWR, a lot of noise and chest thumping, but it will get done???

Might just pass off like a wisper in the night also.
