We would be back to square one (with the exception that there has been a great deal more publicity) and both companies could get on with proving up resources; giving out results; putting our money to work and when the time is right, together or separately, set the ROF on fire.

One very smart Mine manager once said when addressing a board: "Look after the nickels and dimes and the dollars will look after themselves."

Because of NOT'S hostile bid for FWR many of our nickles and dimes have to be spent, needlessly, just on paper alone. (I have received three large packages from NOT). And if NOT proceeds with a court case - that is our money regardless of which company ends up paying the costs.
