If Not has Cliff in their pocket, it might explain the hustle all of sudden by FWR to drill a few holes at the bullseye. Something is not adding up as to how it seems to have been perceived as to how this may come down.

There is still time for a few more surprises. But, NOT has been so seemingly assured from the beginning, that I am truly beginning to wonder if NOT/CLIFF are colluding???
