It is simple, if Cliff's owned 10% or more of FWR, that would be reportable event and since it has not been reported, it is not a fact.

Rob, I am surprised that you would report numbers that can be so easily proven false. We have enough distortion on the boards without the good guys making them-for the record, I have you at 5 stars Rob, for a long time now.
