I don't believe you leave something like this to chance...Maybe NOT knew ,somehow , that prior to making the offer to FWR,that CLIFFS would not be making a counter offer..Just a thought..but I wonder if NOT has ever had any discussions with Cliffs??Anyway we shall see how this all plays out in the next 2-3 weeks...
