Rob, not sure what you mean by Cliff's walking away. If the deal goes thru, Cliff's will have NOT shares purchased at an equivalent of $1.40 and $1.80 if they exercise their warrants. They would be in the money already.

Before the NOT offer, they were losing money with this investment. I would love to see Cliff's exercise their warrants and then vote with NOT. Only 14 trading days left before the deadline so I guess we will know soon enough. They could be waiting to see if FWR hits nickel. If FWR comes up empty on the nickel then Cliff's will have a big decision to make.
