Institutions helped to win PROXY fight last year .

NOT's team and Institutions were and are aligned for the Take-Over Bid on FWR.

They (actual NOT's team and Institutions) will win it (like proxy fight last year)

NOT must wait FWR official answer before releasing something.

Following FWR official answer, NOT will release and coordinate something spectacular.

The Take-Over Bid will remain open until 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on November 18, 2009.

With a 59% institutional ownership backing NOT, I sincerely think NOT SP will spike (on price and heavy volumes) prior to November 18, 2009.

The only way NOT can lose actual take-over bid : FWR officially announcing that a white knight just made a better offer than NOT (3 weeks remaining) : and if it is the case, this white knight will get the chromite only .
