I know I may be dreaming..........I am Wishing........but I agree with you, first offer, more coming down the line, if needed, I hope, for a better share ratio, and a deal that will make FWR and FWR shareholders ok with the deal. Because, at some point, the ROF needs to consolidate, and guess what, Majors are not going to step in and do that.

I hope NOT BOD read your post.......a positive tone is what is needed. No use loving to be the "bad" guy, even if you don't really deserve that title, in these circumstances, at this time.

I still feel it will be a win-win. Time will tell. I stay pat.
