Other than FWR, Noront has been the only one going all out. Even FWR to an extent is riding NOT's coat tails. Yes FWR has found very impressive chromites, but only NOT has dared to expand out at great drilling cost to a variety of anomalies, AT12, Eagle 2, Black birds and thunder birds and other location that just turned out to be nothing. Because NOT has gone full steam ahead they have become the bad boys. Go figure.
