Your point is correct. We may not see that exact ratio, however it may be right on. The point is this would be a counter offer. I am at a loss since the NOT offer at the hostility and resentment and critisism being blamed at NOT. This was simply the first glove in a negotiation process, there is expected to be counter offers, there is expected to be rejected bids. Mac would not be increasing shareholder value by accepting the first offer. This area has to consolidate if not by other ROF players than by outside players. Does anyone not think an outside player will not play hard ball for their shareholders? Honestly, this is a workable situation, I believe it will benefit all parties for a deal to be worked out. We have a strong BOD much more capable of dealing with taking this company forward, their plays and tactics are better and the end game has the NOT shareholder value as their mandate.
