in addition, just for fun.... perhaps NOT doesn't appear to be too hyped because if they fail with stage one, perhaps EXSTRATA et al will step in and take what they want. Now that would be the Middle Eastern way of doing things. Let the young man do all of the initial work and then when things get close, the elder steps in and finishes. Just some fanciful thinking.
