for NOT to gain control of FWR by gaining a position (through tendering of FWR shares to NOT) and work towards replacing FWR directors with those who favour a NOT, FWR merger?

Does it even matter? Would the backdoor method be more cost effective therby be more attractive to me as a NOT shareholder?

If the takeover is not succesful but NOT does obtain significant voting rights wrt to FWR could this be used as leverage in future plans of FWR's BOD (vis-a-vis Cliffs)?
