I own both NOT and FWR. More in NOT than FWR but close. I'm looking at this transaction on a long term basis. Yes there may be dilution in the short term, but long term all SH's of both should benefit.

FWR holders will benefit from the Ni and PGE values currently proven by NOT and what is yet to come; NOT holders will benefit from the economic positives the Chromite of FWR presents as well as future finds; the combined new company will have more drills to utilize on a more focussed drill plan; BOTH will benefit from a single larger company controlling all the aforementioned deposits; both will benefit from being in a stronger bargaining/negotiating postion with any major. I see a long term WIN/WIN... and I don't see the LONG part of that term being really that long.

There has been a lot of bickering and emotions do run high, especially if $ is involved, but as a SH of both and being LONG on both, I am trying to stay focussed on the longer term benefits and I hope that many will see the same..... hey we can all dream.
