I had a Chinese delegation in my office yesterday (forestry) and they use these 'official' visits to gather information and to primarily visit Canada. We usually great a delagation once every two years & I'm sure it is primarily site-seeing.... funny how they always visit Niagara Falls, Toronto, Algonquin Park and Ottawa.
