I got an answer for that :

lot of people invested more that they should have in Not , following the hype that was created by the events ,for a quick killing .

Now with the SH price stagnating so low and the vast amount of opportunities created by the gold rush ,they are getting frustrated ,not wanting to incur in a loss ,for the lost opportunities.

I agree that they should have more faith in NOT and that the " KILLING " is only postponed.
