Perhaps. Simply put, total failure ,with no other bidder, would be seen as negative, resulting in short term sellers for both. That type of selling might last for several days with this class of stock as sellers seek liquidity. Hard to say how much, but likely worse for NOT than FWR very short term. That effect would last until the next drill news, so our BoD will probably have some drill results in their back pocket as insurance. Whatever the news, it will be managed, so impact would be short term.
