Maybe Noront made the offer just to get the ball rolling. Accordingly a sort of 4:1 ratio has been floated. This offer may die unless there are some spectacular results in the offing, but at least something has been set in motion. Maybe there's no more science to it than that - for now. Things won't be quite the same again however
