And this most STUPID of Stupid Questions is at the very essence of the NOT predicament.

Having yet to listen to the AGM Broadcast thing, I can only suggest that WES replied as follows; " that STUPID Question does not deserve a reply" while thinking "Sugar Plumbs!!!"
