The other option is NOT gets less then 66 2/3 % and takes those shares what ever they may be and cancels the rest of the merger. If NOT gets 40-50% of FWR shares, NOT will still control FWR. I do not think they need to sweeten the pot for this to happen with the institutions behind them helping this situation.

This is not an all or nothing situation!
