You are getting a little ahead of things. At this point in time, Cliffs can build a railine. They are very good at that.

That being said, who is to say that Cliffs is building it for themselves? Cliffs may get the work done only to find itself swallowed by perhaps one of the Sudbury boys. We just don't know that yet. WE are just getting started here.
