I have to agree with you Zooloo that it appears to me too that FWR is being accumulated. For one, it is a great stock with potential on its own merits. Most importantly, it is now coveted by a suitor.

So the 4:1 ratio is still close even though it isn't exact. I think its news from yesterday helps, but mostly we all know Mac will come back looking for a sweetened offer. I'm sure he will get it. When is the big question.

I hope FWR gets an offer they cannot refuse. It will be better for everyone in the Ring of Fire. Some signs of the area plays beginning to consolidate woudl get the share prices higher for all the companies. Just the offer has started this process. More money is needed by most players to continue the drilling. There is a lot more drilling needed yet, so a lot of money will have to be raised. Higher share prices means less dilution for everyone.

Now, just who is buying up these FWR shares????
