At the luncheon, they released news about appointing Alex Davidson as a director (this was a major coup for a junior mining company for all the haters out there) that morning. It created a buzz and they handed out copies of the NR to all the attendees - also a hat, a newsletter and some other stuff....

I don't think Wes et al will want to have the days trading behaviour on record as he talks about any assay results. I for one have been suggesting that the leaks are being plugged (my source was promptly disemboweled) - however, all recent positive news releases have been met with negative movement in share price. If I were Wes, I wouldn't risk that happening again - even though we have not seen a real run up in share price recently.

Another mention, and in the spirit of deal-making...IF and I say IF, the share price goes UP after this pending news release I implore many of you to please stop the constant bashing of the BOD. Its grating. I for one heard it loud and clear the the first 10-12 times - I get it, I'm sorry you feel that way, but let's move onwards and try to focus on our bright future. We're all big people here - if this BOD screws me....shame on ME.

I expect tomorrow to be unforgettable - unless of course any NR is sensational. In that case I'm going to track down the Hoov, line up some jagerbombs, flirt with the bartender and will probably just forget the entire thing on Friday morning.
