Hi Lance,

To me the obvious one would be to keep some ammunition dry for when they need it. Right now holding at around $2.00 allows their supporters to accumulate in the market for around $0.50/sh. It doesn't cost NOT anything to do this as they will swap them for treasury shares at the 4:1 ratio. Once the FWR pool dries up at $0.50 they can drive the price up again on a bit of news and shake loose a few more shares and so on and so on. At each price point there is going to be someone else that cashes out.

Just my guess (and I have been know to be wrong!).
