I purchased FWR with gains I made from NOT. I held both for a long time until the difference between NOT and FWR share prices was <$0.30. At this point I sold my FWR shares ad bought NOT in the $0.60 range. After a period of time my NOT shares pushed above $2.80 and I sold this chunk of shares to buy FNX. I may soon sell my FNX to purchase more NOT.

I'm not going to purchase FWR shares at this point in time. On the other hand, if the deal falls through with NOT I should be able to pick up FWR at a much lower price. My feeling is that this deal will not happen and FWR will pay the price for not accepting today's offer.
