Johnny, I agree with your 2 cents worth.

The pragmatic side of me would point out that perhaps the 4pm start time is only due to the fact that NOT had to change locations very late in the game.

My wife was a sales manager at a conference-style hotel and it is amazing how booked they get far in advance and how these hotels flip rooms over for meeting after meeting in short order.

So.... when NOT realized they wanted a larger space and started making calls to all the local hotels/meeting places the only option they may have had was for a 4pm start, who knows, the Shriners may have their annual meeting in that room at 10:30am.

I certainly hope you all are right, and that they announce some great news at 4PM, but a few phone calls to either JJ or the hotel to inquire about the meeting space might produce a different theory.
