Over seer; That is probably the best post of the day here.

I see everyone lining up on one side or the other, being either for this or against it, and have to wonder.

We have, to date, not recieved any details of the PROPOSED offer. If the offer is tabled this week, which seems obviously likely, it will have a time frame attached to it. Indications are that this time frame will be 35 days. Sometime during that 35 days, FWR will respond, in one of two ways.

They can agree with the offer, and then proceed to a vote by shareholders to determine whether it will be accepted by them, which can take as much as another 45 days, OR;

They can reject the offer and send it back to NOT who can then come back with a better offer or let it die (unlikely).

This whole thing is going to take a minimum of 3 months, and maybe as long as 6 months to get resolved to the extent that each of us HAS to make a decision whether to buy, sell, or trade. During the course of this 3-6 months both sides are going to let out all the stops to try to sway us all one way or the other. All of these efforts are going to result in a share price escalation that we have not to date experienced (my opinion only). Think of it as you would sex. It is exciting as hell if you are only anticipating the end result, but it is far more rewarding if you take the time to enjoy what it takes to get there.

Regards

K
