Many seem to feel the NOT offer for FWR is totally unacceptable.

I hope the counter offer from FWR (if any) is clear and precise in it's demands and conditions.

So far FWR's response seems limited to statements regarding timing and method of the offer proposal. Maybe FWR was caught flat footed and needs some time to develop a strategy and is bargaining for this time at this point (i.e. formation of the study group).
