You can vote yes or no to the following four items --

- To fix the number of directors to be elected at this meeting at eight( 8)

- To elect as directors the eight individuals identified as as managements proposed nominees

- Appointment of MSCM LLP as auditors

- To confirm and approve amendments to the NOT stock option plan

-- When you get your package there is a list of the proposed slate of directors, with a brief summary of the prior experience and expertise each has. You can only vote yes or no for all of them as a group. I have no idea what would happen if a majority voted no to this proposed Board.
