I wonder about Spider and KWG since both have options with FWR. And of course FWR has a jv with NOT. I would love to be a fly on the wall (or on the phone) listening to the conversations between Hanson, Watson, Novak and Smeenk.

Bet you they are talking. The deals that are likely going to be made, by force of necessity, will likely include many of these companies mentioned as they are deeply intertwined.
