I just had a look at the Proxy Vote...When you look at the slate of directors for voting ,this is an all or none vote..I would have preferred that each director was voted upon...there are some that do not deserve to be re- elected and should be given the gate...Unfortunately,as I see it, individual directors cannot be removed...Enjoy the Thanksgiving Weekend with your family and friends...Cheers...R R
