Wes is very careful to be completly fair and legal with shareholders. If he calls during trading hours earlier on Friday, it gives Mac and others inside knowledge. So Wes does the right thing and waits for markets to close before making his play. I can understand that Mac could not meet on Friday but Wes offered to come down and meet him anytime during the weekend at any place of his choosing. If Mac wanted to meet, it would of happened. Mac did not want to meet but now Wes had tipped his hand and this is why he went public on Monday morning.
