Sounds like a reasonable assessment of the situation to me. The increase of FWR share trading last week may be atrributable to a news leak or the fact that QUEST was skyrocketing, we will never know.

Wes contacting Mac after hours, then having to make it public first thing monday...its all reasonable.

I own a lot of shares in both companies, I'm here to make money, if Wes accelerates that plan then so be it. I have met all the players involved and I agree Mac and Donny at FWR are standup guys, but Mac already opened the door to negotiate, he has already set parimeters, its now Wes's turn to react to that and come with a different offer then initially proposed. This people is the art of negotiation. Accept it.
