"higher the price we get for our not.v the better deal it is going to be for fwr, making a vote for yes a little closer!"

Does that really matter though? I'm not sure the price makes a difference. The Number of NOT shares you get for your FWR shares will not change thus limiting your profit on your FWR shares. It shouldn't matter if its .40 or .75. I think the only question is whether or not the shares you recieve for your FWR will realise the same profit as they would have as a stand alone company. If yes, then good. If no, then its a bad deal. Unfortunately I do not have a time machine to see which it will be.

If I have 40000 shares of FWR at .40 I need a 5 bagger to get 2.00 and $80000.00

If I get 10000 shares of NOT for those FWR shares at 1.83 I need to get a 4.4 bagger to get 8.00 and $80000.00

I don't know which is more likely. I am suspicious of the NOT bod and wonder if they will sell us out before then.
