Right at the end of QQs post of information about the appointment of a C.O.O. there is this bit

"For up to date information on all Noront activities including the recent Freewest takeover bid please visit our website at---"

Perhaps this is just a semantic quibble, but several posters have been insistent that it is not a takeover bid at this point.
