NOT states that there will not be a vote because it is a "merger", not takeover.

Hoping that Mac and Wes can push aside all recrimination and hostility, and have a nice friendly fireside chat!

A big Major will eventually come in and want to negotiate with one party. At that time all differences should be consolidated, hopefully to the benefit of all FWR and NOT shareholders.
