SP 4:1 Ratio

I will be interested to see if NOT gets walked up and if FWR keeps pace at 4:1 ratio which would add increased pressure for the NOT/FWR deal. That is if NOT goes to $2 and FWR follows suit at 0.50, what then if no deal? FWR falls back and their shareholders lose out. NOT has large institutional investor who might chose this path if they are in support of the NOT BOD?
